a.k.a. the perfect, like really perfect breakfast. So tasty and flavourful. Nourishing and comforting. When you like bananas and you like porridge – these banana bread overnight oats are a must try!
When you´re making overnight oats, don´t be shy to actually add some sweetener. I used to do it without sweetener in the past and it always tasted like vomit. I am still not much of a fan of cold oats. But thank god someone invented the microwave. I love to heat it up just a little before eating it.
Especially these banana bread overnight oats taste delightful when you´re warming them up a little.

I always add fruits like apple and banana the next day, as I think this way it´s way more flavourful. Just mash up a bit of a banana the next morning and stir it under, to make the overnight oats banana bread overnight oats. in case you don´t like banana, you could try it without the banana at all. You might need some more sweetener than! In my opinion protein powders taste very weird, either over-sweetened or sandy. So, instead I am using Skyr (but greek yoghurt works just fine as well). My taste buds are happy, my digestive system is happy. I am happy.
