An apple a day … (you know the joke). If this would be true, I would never have to see a doctor. LOL. Where is my team “at least two apples a day” ? Apples are great and they are so versatile. For example these apple pie baked oats.
A great and nourishing breakfast. It doesn´t take too long to make and you can even prepare it the day ahead, in case you´re not having a lot of time in the morning. Being busy does not justify skipping meals. OKAY?
The recipe is no whichcraft. All you have to do is to grind the oats and combine the rest ingredients. In case you are vegan – apple sauce works best as an egg-substitute here. When you are using the real egg – you might want to start with some less milk and add more if needed.
In case you don´t have protein powder – just use more oats flour. It doesn´t really matter. I still have some at home but I am not planning on buying some any time soon again – I am basically just using mine up lately. Just a little reminder, that you DON`T actually need protein powders if you´re not a body builder.
