exciting pumpkin spiced yogurt and some words about ups and downs in life

As the days get colder, I am also getting more creative with spices in my meals. This pumpkin spiced yogurt is a must try. It is very special – I must admit and I wasn´t too sure about the taste in the beginning, but now I fing it actually pretty good.

My big love for autumn

“In the other gardens
And all up the vale,
From the autumn bonfires
See the smoke trail!
Pleasant summer over
And all the summer flowers,
The red fire blazes,
The grey smoke towers.
Sing a song of seasons!
Something bright in all!
Flowers in the summer,
Fires in the fall!”

I absolutely love the colder seasons. Not a lot of people agree with me on this one, but spring and summer REALLY challenge my mental health. So, I am beyond happy and excited for the colder months. All the different spices, fresh apples, the cold and clear air outside, the warming colours on trees, comfy cloths, hot drinks ,… ahhh I just love it.

Which season is your favourite time of the year?

Most people have at least one favourite season. But could you imagine always having summer? Always being in winter? I can´t. Even though, I really don´t enjoy the heat, I know, autumn and winter would be less exciting and comforting when it would last all year round. There would be nothing to look forward to. So, I am also valuing spring and summer and the hotter days, that make me feel like trash.

This also applies to other aspects of life – without bad days, the good days would fell less intense. You wouldn´t ever fall to bed thinking – man, that was a great day. So, you need both in life and there is something good in good and bad days.
