Snacks have my heart. Even though it is often claimed, that eating snacks inbetween meals is less efficient, than eating only three times a day – snacks have a lot of benefits:
– they can help keeping your blood sugar upright, which prevents strong cravings and overeating later
– providing your body with energy leads to more productivity and efficiency throughout the day.
– it can help feeling less full after meals – since you won´t feel as hungry as without a snack and will intentionally eat less
– It keeps your metabolism up – feeling less cold, better concentration, better digestion, …

So – don´t be afraid of snacks and have a look into some of my favorite snack and dessert -ideas.
