Nourishing your body does not only mean eating good food, but also having a healthy mindset towards food and your body. Especially having a healthy relationship with food! I recovered from an eating disorder myself and experienced restrictive, purging and binging on my own body. Today I am convinced, that it´s possible for everyone to live a fulfilled life without worrying about your body or food choices.
